#Starcruiser mktg was so fixated on Disney's own customer DB, they never connected with:
1. Nerds w/ disposable income
2. Previous 'cruiser' repeat biz
3. Halo networking ("friends of previous cruisers")I've been in sales/mktg for 28yrs & these are basics but given how poor the early mktg was for Starcruiser, it's not surprising they hosed demand gen. (3/3)
