Dat betekent dat de bergen afvalzakken, die de afgelopen weken in verschillende Nederlandse steden opdoken, weer kunnen worden opgeruimd. Bij deze aanblik rees de vraag: hoeveel afval produceren we eigenlijk, en kan het ook minder?
