Por último "ecosistema":
Notas -> standard notes
Calendario -> Proton calendar
Tareas -> zenkit ( las carpetas de tareas tienen un enlace de calendario que puedes poner en proton calendar) -
Luego en standard notes, tengo una carpeta para cada área vital y una carpeta que le llamo "entrada" aquí siempre que se me viene una "volaera" una idea o un pensamiento, rápidamente lo apunto ahí en entrada y por la noche o cuando tengo un ratillo tranquilo en el día la etiqueto y la organizo en donde vaya así profundizo más en esa idea o pensamiento y le doy un poco de forma.
El secreto es apuntar, si cuando estás dándole forma a tu idea se te vienen mil cosas a la cabeza pues a la aplicación de tareas para darle forma cuando veas que tienes espacio y si ves que vas atropellado pues te creas una carpeta a parte que se llame "más adelante" ( y acuérdate de ir revisándola cada mes o cada 3 meses que sino es un cubo de trastos)

#StandardNotes just did a weirds. It spun a little when loading a note, then refreshed the note without any content, and then synced the blank note overwriting itself.
So that note’s just gone now. 🤷♂️ I had it backed up elsewhere so it’s not gone gone but that’s never happened before and it’s a little concerning.
May have been because the note was a larger one and the machine I was using to view it was older/slower. Bad combo.

Diving a little deeper into #StandardNotes and #MicroBlog to see if they are suitable for my purposes 🙂
One thing I keep coming across is that everything is requiring an account, often payment. This is not limited to those two examples but systemic.
Why can we not create solutions or services that are private by design and distributed through volunteers?
If everybody gives a tiny bit, we can achieve great things together!

With a heavy heart I'm cancelling one of my last US-based services @standardnotes and replace it with @monocles #nextcloud solution (crypto via gocryptfs).
I'm not willing to let any Dollar from my spendings go as tax money to a regime that disrespects basic human rights like the one in the USA.Dear #standardnotes team, I hope you make it through this regime and then we will find together again. Your service and support was always flawless! 🫶

I downloaded the Standard Notes AppImage and created an App Drawer menu item, I used the Occultist from Darkest Dungeon as the icon image.
It runs quite nicely, notes can be saved locally with the free version (I opted to go without an account). Premium features are locked to the paid tiers, which are yearly and a bit too pricey for my needs.
I'm happy Standard Notes makes an effort to support Linux, using an AppImage which is truly portable and runs on just about any distro.

@Erwin_Schroedinger #Notion síce nie je primárne určený na poznámky, ale synchronizácia funguje skvele a zadarmo. Prípadne aj #StandardNotes, tam ale ešte nemám vyskúšanú synchronizáciu, ale malo by to byť asi tiež zadarmo. Alebo ešte #TickTick.
