Today was the local high school capstone science project symposium, and after my student presented and I finished judging, I got to wander the halls a bit to see the classrooms. I like the messages they are sending!! 😁
(Also the other judge with me was the local head of #standupforscience and it was great to see them!! They are right up there testifying at the legislature, and going on radio shows about science funding etc, and they are my hero!)

Le trumpisme et le technofascisme des GAFAM représentent une menace immédiate et mondiale pour l'éducation, l'enseignement et la recherche : censure généralisée des programmes de recherche et des programmes scolaires, immixtion du pouvoir exécutif dans les libertés académiques, désinformation active. Toutes les sciences, toutes les disciplines sont concernées.
En France, ce mouvement a déjà commencé avec des ponctions budgétaires alarmantes et des attaques contre la science de la part de responsables politiques. Il est urgent de les dénoncer et d'y mettre fin.
Le mouvement Stand Up For Science a publié une tribune-pétition dans Libération qui est également disponible sur le site du mouvement, où vous pouvez la signer si vous le souhaitez.
