Food prep today has been extra challenging. I’m on the ground floor above the parking garage so my floor is very cold. My building is old so it was not built for weather this cold.
In addition to breaks to rest my feet, I’ve had to wear my winter boot to keep my Raynaud’s from acting up in my left foot. The boot on the right foot for the stress fracture is sufficient to keep that foot warm.

I’m *so close* to being finished with today’s adulting. My feet would prefer for me to sit for a bit before putting the cooled-down containers of curry in the fridge.

Today is food prep day.
In the past, I would never do food prep while on vacation. That’s changed because of my limited mobility and since my diet is vastly different and I could not survive on take out.
Chopped carrot, celery, and cucumber for easy dipping in hummus.

Portioned up grapes and raspberries.

Now cooking all the veggies for soup then will add chopped herbed chicken sausages once they’re ready.
