just got informed by my doctor that no, i _can't_ start adding regular vegetarian dinners to my routine because yes it IS showing up my bloodwork so ONCE AGAIN this is probably why i've been feeling LIKE I DO EVERY TIME I DO THIS (christ) so AYE I'M BACK ON THE PROTEIN MOIRA
