All's fair in love, the #thursday #NYTimesCrossword and the #proCycling #springClassics. @soaproot knows the Thursday crossword. As for cycling: in stage races, it's considered uncool to attack one of the race leaders when they've been involved in a crash or had a mechanical. In the spring classics, which are all one day races and usually ridiculously long and grueling, there is no race leader going in, so if a favorite falls? Attack away. Flat tire on the cobblestones? Bummer dude, we're out.

Happy to find that Eurosport is covering the Santos Tour Down Under – bike racing is the only sport we watch or care about, and the #TDU carries the promise of the #SpringClassics in just a few more weeks.

Also, #Eurosport absolutely killed it with their women's racing coverage last year, and I think this year promises even more races on the schedule.
