Depends where in the would you are, but the US reportedly have a good certification standard for organics.If you visit your local independant organic grocer you may see "#sprayFree" which is a step down from organic but still better than sprayed.
Honestly though, just switching to ethical had health benefits for us. Search "Shop Ethical" and the brand you are thinking to buy. The #ShopEthical site worked well for brands in #Australia but might not where you are.
