I woke to a very painful lower left back.

I took me minutes just to sit up & get out of bed.

Usually my back pain is along my spine or my lower right back.

So this is new.

Lots of rain again overnight & this morning.

Figures! I #sprayed all the #thistles with #vinegar yesterday. Probably for naught after all the rain. ☹️

Produce store had #lucerne yesterday after having no stock earlier in the week.

I purchased a load thinking I’d need to stock up & it was delivered the same day!
