So, auf geht's zur letzten Ketamin-Erhaltungsinfusion.
22 Infusionen, wöchentlich mit gelegentlichen Pausen (meinerseits bedingt).
Ab März damit einen Fixtermin weniger. 😮‍💨

Gesamte Fahrzeit Klinik H+R über 2 h, Infusion (Esketamin / Ketanest-S) selbst läuft 40 min, mit Vorbereitungszeit, kurzes Gespräch mit dem Doc und bis ich wieder "entlassungsfähig klar im Kopf" bin, nochmal an die 2h.
Und dann komme ich ziemlich hungrig heim (weil nüchtern für die Infusion), eine Wohltat wenn ich dann endlich auf die Couch komme. 😌 Und dort darf sich dann die infusionsbedingte "Restmüdigkeit" abbauen.

Warum eine Infusion und nicht den Nasenspray (Spravato)? Wegen der Krankenkasse. 🤬

Hierzu kann ich zwar nichts sagen, kenne die dabei auftretende Wirkung auch nicht.

Was ich aber sagen kann: bei der bei einer #Ketamintherapie (#TherapieresistenteDepression) verwendeten Dosis (0,5 mg pro kg KG) ist nix mehr mit "Party". Da liege ich im Krankenhausbett und bin fast nicht in der Lage den Alarmknopf/Rufknopf zu drücken wenn der Finger schon (wie vorbereitet) auf der Taste der Fernbedienung draufliegt. 🤷

La FDA ha approvato uno spray nasale a base di ketamina per la depressione resistente: agisce in 24 ore e riduce i pensieri suicidi. Con un tasso di remissione del 22,5%, Spravato (questo il nome) offre speranza a chi non risponde ai farmaci tradizionali. Attenzione, però: effetti come dissociazione e sonnolenza richiedono controllo medico.
