Czy parkowanie w strefach płatnego parkowania jest drogie? To zależy czy parkujesz na miejscu do tego przeznaczonym, czy poza nim. Ta druga opcja jest tańsza.
Jednorazowa opłata 100 zł za nielimitowany postój gdziekolwiek (pod warunkiem, że nie utrudniasz ruchu) to chyba dobra promka?
W myśl zasady ne bis in idem - nie można ukarać kierowcy dwa razy za to samo, więc wystarczy zapłacić jeden mandat o wysokości 100 zł, wsadzić za szybę i nie ruszać pojazdu przez dowolną ilość czasu.
Brzmi absurdalnie, ale dokładnie na tym polegał happening Szymona Nieradki z 2024 roku (link poniżej). Samochód stał przez kilka dni na Placu Pięciu Rogów w Warszawie - nietykalny.
Przepisy dotyczące parkowania są niespójne, rzadko aktualizowane i w połączeniu z zasadami działania Strefy Płatnego Parkowania tworzą sytuacje, które de facto sprzyjają obchodzeniu prawa.
Pocieszające jest tylko to, że zdecydowana większość kierowców chce parkować legalnie, w miejscach do tego przeznaczonych. Niestety świadomość niewielkiej szansy na mandat i przede wszystkim jego śmiesznie niska wysokość sprawia, że auta zostawiane gdziekolwiek stały się normą.

I know that once you start enjoying security pins, there is a possibility that you'll find standard pin locks harder to pick (because of the different technique). Just now I could open only one of my three warm-up locks (a Master 140), but struggled on the cheaper one (a Fortress), yet, I couldn't help but want to play with the most beautiful (highest grade padlock) I own. This ASSA ABLOY 334B45. Such beautiful craftsmanship and machining. The pins are so springy and have great sound. I haven't touched locksport in maybe 3 or 4 or even more years, and this one I opened in under 15 minutes. I don't know how long exactly. Was doing it in the dark with my eyes closed. But yeah, I seem to have that problem of inverse lock quality difficulty (SPP only - I've not raked since high school, though it's a handy trick. For speed I think the key is supposed to be rake then spp ... 🤷♀️) anyway...

Now SPP has apologized, and the new #tobacco law will be written again in the form that it originally was - that only menthol and mint are allowed. Not wood (!), tea, ginger nor rosemary.
