One of those under-the-radar horrors that do so much with so little. The less u know the better. Its great strength is its unpredictability. Clues are smoothly delivered, but in no way prepare u for the horror that awaits. #RoseLeslie & #HarryTreadaway deliver fantastic performances in this chamber play. She, completely terrifying & at the same time heartbreakingly desperate; he searching for truth & the woman he recently married. Devastating & horrifying.

Another average #Conjuring film, but one that has some really nice touches that make it superior to the first one for me. The newspaper stand scene was just beautifully staged. Also, on a positive note, we have a quasi all-female cast showing the boys how the game is played. And I have a soft spot for the Farmiga family, anyway. And always interested in what's up at the Warrens'. Average, but pretty to look at

What is it about these Blumhouse/#Conjuring Universe/ #Insidious movies? 😅 I have to watch each one of them, even though they are regularly lame or at most average? Something about them relaxes and entertains me ... 😜
