𝐋𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐞 | 𝒑𝒐𝒆́𝒔𝒊𝒆 𝒆́𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒒𝒖𝒆
La Peau Douce est un duo de poésie électronique formé par Clément Rossi, musicien, et Marguerin Le Louvier, poète et performeur. Les deux amis se rencontrent au Grrrnd Zéro en 2021 avec l'envie de mêler de la poésie queercore à des boucles acid techno et noise. Dans leurs morceaux, le duo aborde de manière frontale la question du désir et de la violence entre hommes, mais aussi celle du deuil et du souvenir. Marquée par un humour tendre et un rapport halluciné au langage et aux métaphores, La Peau Douce invite le public au lâcher-prise, en questionnant ses idées préconçues sur l'identité, la sexualité et les perceptions.
Après un passage au Jarring Fest en 2023, le duo revient avec une performance aux sonorités tribe et acidcore, où la poésie se déploie dans l'espace comme un dancefloor étrange.

I make electronic music that borrows from, and shifts quite a bit among, genres, and I currently have four releases available on my Bandcamp page:
ALL THE WALLS WILL FALL, released just this past June, is a more vocal-heavy collection of tracks about fascism, transfeminism, and mental illness, drawing heavily from drone, industrial, the icier side of trip-hop, and sound collage.
the ghost fetish is a mostly-instrumental album loosely centered around the theme of anxiety around climate collapse. tgf features heavy synthwave and downtempo influences, and it's probably the most accessible of the four.
eclipse is an EP of songs that didn't fit on nonbinaural. I didn't intend it to be as such, but it's a collection of songs about my own mental state, intensely personal and inward-focused even when the songs are telling a story.
nonbinaural is a collection of early compositions from back in 2022 and the start of 2023. it showcases the energy that I had when I started composing music, just kicking out song after song because I finally had a creative outlet that clicked with my brain.
all four albums are available at the pay-what-you-want level, with a minimum purchase price of just $1 each. my goal is to keep the barrier to entry low so that people in challenging financial situations can still afford my music, but if you can afford more, then please do!
