Gad vide, om splaining følger professioner. Jeg har fx aldrig fået fået en opvaskemaskine repareret uden at blive splainet i processen.
Jeg ved efterhånden slet ikke, hvordan man gør.
Jeg antager, at der findes søde opvaskemaskinereparatører. Er du tilfældligvis en sådan, så modtag hermed min undskyldning.

I'd go with "splainer". The "splain" as a genre is predominantly carried out from men to women, hence the famous "mansplaining" term. Notwithstanding, it can be done from any gender towards any gender, leading to the suggested broader usage "splain".
Oh, and yes you are right: the above sounds quite like a splain itself.
