Doing SPL tests on an advanced PA system.
Important when you do this work is to have proper PPE on your corpus (latin).
The system was running between 37dB SPL (sound pressure level) and a massive 110dB SPL. Note1
It's important to keep your corpus safe so a proper set of earmufs is a must.
This PA system can run all the way up to 125dB SPL but that level was not needed in this test. The signal limiting systems were tested with this setup, since those are the last stop between your speaker systems the signal and burning speaker coils...

In this time of rampant book banning, a reminder that four library systems in the US offer the Books Unbanned program giving access to their electronic collections to young people anywhere across the country. Seattle Public Library's program is open to young people from 13 to 26, and over 19,000 have signed up for a card, and checked out more than 571,400 ebooks and audiobooks so far.

При продолжительной разработке на одном семействе микроконтроллеров получается так, что приложение намертво привязано к конкретному семейству микроконтроллеров и его SDK, так как напрямую использует HAL от вендора. Это особенно явно проявляется в таких случаях, когда надо срочно переносить прошивку на другой микроконтроллер. Получается, что приходится заново писать всю прошивку, всё приложение, драйвера всех ASIC-ов. Драйвер светодиодов, драйвер кнопок, драйвер ASICов c I2C SPI управлением. В общем всё переписывать. Поменяли MCU и пришлось переписать все файлы в репозитории. Нормально так да? В этом тексте я написал, как можно обойти эту проблему.

The LRT Ampang/Sri Petaling line is expected to resume operations on 29 February next year after the comprehensive repair work on the flyover and track structure near the Bandaraya LRT station is completed.
The original plan was to complete the repair work and resume operations by the middle of October, however, some other damage had been detected on the structure of two nearby flyovers which required comprehensive repair works.

Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon (KLSCM) is informing runners that they encourage the runners to take public transport to the KLSCM event this weekend to ensure a quick and easy journey.
Selected stations on the Ampang, Sri Petaling and Kelana Jaya LRT lines will commence operations from 3:30am (Saturday) and 1:30am (Sunday) and will run at interval of 15 minutes.

Rapid KL is informing the people of Puchong, Seri Kembangan and Cheras, that there will be new bus services serving those areas.
From 25 September 2023, MRT feeder bus services T545 (MRT Putra Permai Station - LRT Puchong Perdana Station) & T569 (MRT Serdang Jaya Station - MRT Batu 11 Station) will start operating.
The bus will operate from 6am to 11:30pm with frequency of 15 minutes subject to traffic conditions.

Rapid KL is informing its users that all LRT, MRT and Monorail stations will open from 4:00am on 31 August 2023 in conjunction with Merdeka Day (Independence Day) celebration. The celebration will be at Dataran Putrajaya.
Users are advised to use TnG card (instead of buying token) and ensure that the balance on the card is sufficient to ensure smooth journey onboard the train.
