While in #Utah I carried out a minor ritual at #spiraljetty
I walked out among the rocks and as I passed each rock chose one of my fears and vanities and told it that that rock was it's to defend. And when I reached the center I stepped out from the rocks and walked away on the sand until I could barely see the jetty.Leaving all my demons behind.
