When I meet with my spine surgeon for a regular follow up post-surgery this Friday, I'm going to ask if it is safe for me to try yoga and/or tai chi. I've heard so many good things about these over the years. They would have to be learned at home by me, because I can't do groups/instructors for various reasons.
Here's hoping for another evolution towards greater health!
