It’s almost Spine time…
As a reminder, there are 4 races, the longest of which is 268 miles with 39,000 feet of climb along the #PennineWay The athletes running the long race have 7 days. They run day and night from Derbyshire to Scotland and it is epic.

Prepping my lovely hotel-on-wheels to head to the Lakes for a couple of #SpineRace meetings and a viewing of the 10th anniversary Spine film from #SummitFeverMedia in Kendal.
