A #Lötschberg🇨🇭#EuroCity bound for Germany 🇩🇪 seen at #Spiez in the early 2000s: a #BLS #Re465 hauls a long consist of DB cars. The #verkehrsrot paint scheme has been applied on the first one, whereas others display the orient-red #Produktfarben livery. A #WRmz137 type #DiningCar is positioned fourth behind the loco.

#ViaRhona day 3 part 2: After catching the train from #Martigny back to #Spiez we decided to cycle the rest home to #Interlaken with a cheeky dip at #ThunerSee.

Pictures taken, around the turn of the millennium, on the #Lötschberg 🇨🇭 line, while travelling from #Spiez to #Brig in a Swiss fresh air coach. This is an #InterCity from #Basel, probably IC 331 “Val d’Ossola”, with the first six air-conditioned cars, provided by #FS #Trenitalia, going as far as #Milano 🇮🇹.
