  2. A #Lötschberg🇨🇭#EuroCity bound for Germany 🇩🇪 seen at #Spiez in the early 2000s: a #BLS #Re465 hauls a long consist of DB cars. The #verkehrsrot paint scheme has been applied on the first one, whereas others display the orient-red #Produktfarben livery. A #WRmz137 type #DiningCar is positioned fourth behind the loco.

  3. Pictures taken, around the turn of the millennium, on the #Lötschberg 🇨🇭 line, while travelling from #Spiez to #Brig in a Swiss fresh air coach. This is an #InterCity from #Basel, probably IC 331 “Val d’Ossola”, with the first six air-conditioned cars, provided by #FS #Trenitalia, going as far as #Milano 🇮🇹.

  4. #Interlaken🇨🇭 Ost station in February 2006. On the left: a #BLS Re4/4 electric with a push-pull service composed of BLS cars for #Zweisimmen. These locos can still be seen on #Lötschberg and #Simplon car carrying trains. On the right: a BLS RBDe4/4 compo with a local for #Spiez.

  6. #Spiez🇨🇭station - a #Lötschberg railway hub: a #BLS ABDe4/8 “Blue Arrow” unit and an Ae4/4 electric are seen here awaiting further duties. Both vehicle types were built in the 1950s and have been withdrawn since I have taken this picture in August 2002.
