Added text replacement rules on my wife's phone to change our kids names to every so slightly misspelled versions of their names.

Upside Down Chicken (or... Maqluba or Maqlooba or Maqlubeh - a traditional Syrian, Iraqi, Palestinian & Jordanian dish). This is the first time I have made this dish and it's a KEEPER. Even the flipping of the dish after it cooked on the stove top worked out beautifully. (And yes, this is my own particular version.)
