Signed financing docs and contracts successfully for the right to cool air in summer and warm today. It’s also in black and white in the contract that they’ll install my thermostats, the task that started this stupid day. Both systems will be in on Monday. It was #Thursday in Australia when the AC mostly died. I’m so invested in the suckitude of Thursday theory that I would have moved install to anything but that day. #jerks #SpendyJunk
