I can't have caffeine during the weekdays because it makes me jittery with my ADHD medication.

I am very lucky that my friends are roasters (https://neemcoffee.com/) and give me access to decaf that has actual flavor. I normally drink Guilder decaf in the afternoon, but today I opened this decaf from Neem and WOW. It's like a party in my mouth. Definitely not an every day coffee, and yes, it's pricy, but it's worth it.

Ein Termin in einer Ecke von #Leipzig, in die es mich sonst eher selten verschlägt, führte zu einer erfreulichen Entdeckung: dem #FIXcoffee, einem #SpecialtyCoffee Shop mit hervorragendem #FlatWhite (die Bohnen waren von der Dortmunder Rösterei #NeuesSchwarz) und einem südirischen #Barista, der sein Handwerk offenkundig versteht. Einzig beim Minimalismus der Innengestaltung wurde aus meiner Sicht etwas über das Ziel hinausgeschossen. ☕️

Through this isolated lot approach, Janja Hill coffees highlight flavor distinctions that are often lost in larger blends. For Baho and the producers involved, this model creates a closer connection between farmers and buyers while supporting higher prices, additional post harvest payments, and long term collaboration built on transparency and recognition.

This is the recipe we use at the shop. So if you have no idea how to approach brewing this coffee at home, this is a good starting point! Of course, it's not the objectively correct recipe - but like this it's easy to replicate, makes the wokflow smoother and just helps us stay consistent behind the bar :) Also it tastes really good haha
