Random thought while sipping my delicious coffee right now: I love the Clever Dripper. I have a few other coffee brewing gadgets, but I keep coming back to it. It just gives me a consistently good cup of coffee like 99% of the time, I sometimes need to adjust my usual recipe for a particular coffee, but otherwise, perfect. No sediment, no thinking about water flow and timing pours, etc. It’s great. Close second is the AeroPress.

Any #speciality #coffee lovers tooting here? Just brewed a nice super clean washed Gesha, great aromas of citrus oil, jasmine-blossom and mild honeys …. Not too fruity and acidic (as expected), but still complex enough to be truly interesting.

Recipe: 22g/300ml, 88°C, 2:45m, single pour, mostly center pour.
