  1. Meanwhile #Putin has opined that the war is near to an end. Which is basically a message to appease growing signs that more #Russians are tired of the #SpecialOperation in #Ukraine. And there is a big BUT here:

"... Putin and his propagandists are telling the Russian public that it’s not them but NATO which is looking out for a conflict. "Western media widely circulated Putin's statement that the end of the war in Ukraine is near, but missed the key context: the very next day he drove to visit his former school teacher — both moves signal the launch of the Kremlin's State Duma election campaign. His remarks are aimed at Russians who want peace, but his actual message was carefully hedged: he'd like the war to end, but 'Western globalists are waging war against us,' so the outcome isn't entirely in his hands" — former Czech security analyst Václav Malík, now working at the Prague-based Center for an Informed Society think-tank, tells me. Malík adds that, at the same time, Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko announced continued "targeted mobilization" to prepare for war, while a prominent Kremlin commentator warned that unless Russia starts striking drone production facilities in Europe, Ukraine will eventually overwhelm it. "The pattern is consistent: while signaling peace to domestic audiences, the Kremlin simultaneously sustains the narrative that Russia faces an existential threat from the West and must keep preparing for broader war" — the analyst says.'

  6. “Special Military Operation” = Peak Delusion.

  7. On the funny side, we could say: In a masterful strategy of deception, #Russia has already succeeded in pretending a 3-day #specialoperation instead of a 4 years war against #ukraine Everyone has been surprise :-)

  8. The #Trump admin wants #US forces — either #SpecialOperation #troops or #CIA officers — to accompany Mexican soldiers on raids on suspected fentanyl labs, acc/to US ofcls who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive diplomatic issues & #military planning. Such joint ops would be a significant expansion of the #UnitedStates’ role in #Mexico, & one that the Mexican govt has so far adamantly opposed.

  9. Germany should intervene in Iran with a special operation like the USA did in Venezuela lately. Maybe a joint strike force with France and UK together as an idea.

After or before that there should be boots on the ground by an Europe joint operation in Ukraine to draw the red line for Putin.

Europe needs to show power by action to everyone who's dumb enough to threaten it.

  10. @br00t4c The demise of the #PizzaGate #MAGA moron is a reminder that you don’t hear much about #Qanon these days. 🤔

He’s apparently occupied with a “3 day #SpecialOperation “ that is coming up on 3 years of failure and one million #Russian casualties. ✅

  11. In Ingushetia, a special operation ended with 6 unidentified individuals barricaded in a building allegedly preparing for "a series of terrorist acts". They refused to surrender and opened fire. As a result, all 6 "militants" were eliminated, with 3 police officers wounded. An innocent civilian was also killed. #Ingushetia #SpecialOperation

  12. #VladimirPutin clearly had no plan for what to do if #Ukraine put up fierce #resistance to the ‘three-day #SpecialOperation ‘.

Does he have a plan for what to do in the #CivilWar that has begun in #Belgorod ? Or is the coming winter going to be Dr. Zhivago #IRL ?
