Wir haben in Wien eine Menge an hervorragenden Kaffee-Hotspots. Frisch dazugekommen ist kürzlich das klitzekleine Josua Coffee in der Hofmühlgasse / Ecke Gumpendorfer Strasse. Dort machte ich heute eine flotte Einkehr auf einen doppelten Espresso. In der Mühle waren Bohnen von der Echo Kaffeerösterei aus Hard am Bodensee - mundete.

Od jakiegoś czasu luzowałem sobie kawowe przepisy, czas trochę na oko (aż się przeleje część wody), nie bawiłem się z ustawieniami młynka itp., nawet mieliłem ziarna na kilka dni do przodu.
Aż tu nagle zmienił się skład żywieckiego kryształu i jakoś tak wyszło, że mieszam minerały w wodzie destylowanej 😂
Szkoda że wcześniej nie próbowałem, bo jest to prostsze niż myślałem a efekt jest bardzo przyjemny.

@BecherMax Freut mich sehr dass es geschmeckt hat! Heute war etwas Chaotisch, sorry dafür - alle sind/waren ein wenig von der #GPN zerschlagen. Wir machen hier übrigens gerade Schokolust und Kirschentraum und Strawberry&Cream Candyshop -- auf 3x Maro Model 1 und mit Weber EG-1. Kommt gerne vorbei!

Vorher noch die leeren Kaffeevorräte wieder auffüllen gegangen.
In den N°1 vom 24Grad war ich schockverliebt.
Kein scheiß: Wahrscheinlich der leckerste Espresso den ich bisher getrunken habe.
Unfassbar Süß und mit gutem Körper, aber ohne bitter und totgeröstet zu schmecken.
Sowohl als Espresso als auch mit Milch klasse!Ist jetzt offiziell meine Standardbohne, auch wenn ich natürlich weiter ausprobiere 🙂
An der Stelle auch eine wärmste Empfehlung fürs 24Grad in #Hannover (Nordstadt).
Geiler Espresso, die Filterbohnen (ich hab mich für nen Natural Äthiopier entschieden) kommen bald auf den Prüfstand 🙃 -

We give 2% of all we earn to good causes, 1% to staff on top of salary and bonus, 4 x €2,500 grants to local projects and will also give €30,000 of coffee between 3 local hospitals this year. As a business we give 2% of all our revenue to good causes and 1% to staff on top of salaries and bonuses. In 2022 this worked out at 45% of our profits. We've brought genuine world class coffees to Ireland so if you need coffee this week and think our business model is worth supporting.

The #SpecialityCoffee boom in #Osaka is getting out of control. In Chuo ward you can't throw a bag of ethically sourced small-lot #Gesha beans without hitting a #coffee roaster or a specialty coffee shop.
I worry it's unsustainable. Much as people like good coffee there's no way all these places can attract enough traffic to pay the bills.
