If you're thinking of buying a small plot of land in the Highlands for what appears to be a very reasonable price then beware: the land may have little hope of ever getting planning permission.
I've now had to sit on several planning applications relating to these sites, all of which we've refused for sound planning reasons, but still they keep coming.

Missed #ThrowbackThursday so this will have to be Throwback Thaturday.
Have been scanning a lot of old slides recently, the ones from 1983 will be celebrating their 40th anniversary this year, so will spam a few of them here.
January 1983, a few days at the Lairig Leacach bothy above Spean Bridge. We were snowed in for a couple of days, hence the young bored male pyromaniac tendencies. But we did do some walking.
