Que están poniendo en la TV un pograma sobre recordar cosas viejunas, de los 80 y así (🙄), y les da por hablar de cantantes españoles que arrastran masas y tal.
Y tras un par de insufribles monográficos, me he quedado pensando si no habrá en este país una mano negra que, en cuanto te sales de la ortodoxia, te accidenta en un coche.
Porque tiene delito que nos perdiésemos a Cecilia y a Nino Bravo, y en cambio hayan llegado a viejos y hayan triunfado y tenido décadas de carrera estas montañas de caspa andantes. Es que menuda panda de esperpentos: el Fary, Julio Iglesias, Miguel Bosé, Manolo Escobar, Raphael...

«Estas entidades no solo reciben subvenciones para sus actividades generales, sino también recursos específicos del Ministerio de Inclusión, Seguridad Social y Migraciones para formar y colocar a inmigrantes en grandes empresas, lo que plantea preguntas sobre si se trata de una genuina ayuda humanitaria o de un engranaje lucrativo que beneficia a corporaciones con mano de obra barata.
El SAPI, regulado por el Real Decreto 220/2022, integra recursos y servicios para atender a personas en situación de vulnerabilidad migratoria. En 2025, el sistema manejó un presupuesto significativo. Aunque las cifras exactas varían según fuentes, se estima que el gasto total en protección internacional ronda los cientos de millones de euros, con subvenciones directas a ONG para programas de integración. Por ejemplo, el Gobierno ha aprobado subvenciones millonarias a entidades como Cruz Roja, CEAR y Accem para atención a refugiados, con montos que superan los 13 millones en años previos. Estas organizaciones forman parte de la red estatal de acogida, gestionando desde alojamiento hasta apoyo psicológico y jurídico, pero cada vez más enfatizan en la inserción laboral.
El Ministerio de Inclusión, Seguridad Social y Migraciones otorga dinero público a las ONG para que estas gestionen programas de formación laboral para refugiados, ofreciéndolos posteriormente a empresas privadas que participan en este plan.
Esto se enmarca en iniciativas como el Plan Nacional de Reasentamiento, que en 2025 facilitó la llegada de más de 800 personas refugiadas. Sin embargo, este flujo de dinero público convierte a las ONG en intermediarias que se lucran del proceso, cobrando por servicios que terminan beneficiando a empresas privadas.»

Camino Olvidado Etapa 6 (12A). Cistierna a Boñar. 28,52 km.
My last day on the Olvidado wasn’t the best.
There was some beautiful scenery, the Puente de Mercadillos, some nice churches…but I lost my sunglasses, no tostada at the only bar in town open when I left and no coffee along the way, a busy secondary road, and being attacked by flies for a good portion of the hike.Tomorrow starts a new adventure on a new mountain route linking the Olvidado with the San Salvador, el Camino Allerano. I’m a nervous wreck!

Another fantastic day of a mountain Camino with a 500 slow and steady climb. Friendly dogs, a random sheep farmer telling me the evils of rich politicians and why we should all Camino, and while there were no services, the town hostal has good food.

Another fantastic day of a mountain Camino with a 500 slow and steady climb. Friendly dogs, a random sheep farmer telling me the evils of rich politicians and why we should all Camino, and while there were no services, the town hostal has good food.

Not as spectacular as my first day, but a beautiful day nonetheless. Mountain rural paths and pueblos that are a time capsule.
The heat of the last hour made me sluggish. 30C on 1 Oct in the Montaña Palatina.
Tomorrow a shorter day. Then cooler temps.

Etapa 11. Monasterio de Rodilla a Burgos. Gronze: 24 km Apple: 29 Km.
I was not expecting such a fantastic end to the Vía de Bayona/Camino Vasco, nor for so much of it to be on an ancient Roman road dating back 2000 years.
I then took a detour along the river instead of all the city streets of Burgos.
A fantastic end to a surprising Camino.
Tomorrow rest/travel day.

I was not expecting such a fantastic end to the Vía de Bayona/Camino Vasco, nor for so much of it to be on an ancient Roman road dating back 2000 years.
