So I have been playing this fairly badass an massively scoped indie space game. It's Spacebourne 2 by DBK Games. One dev made the whole thing outside of some translation people for the most part. Check it out! This game is everything that starfield missed. #indiedev #gamedev #spacebourne2

Yesterday I fired up Spacebourne 2 and the experience was definitely interesting.
The game promises so much and almost delivers everything. I'll probably get more precise in this review as I put a few hours into it
I can see many similarities with Star Citizen, although there's one difference: Spacebound 2 is out on Steam in Early Access whereas Star Citizen is still...ehr, not.

*groans* looks like #Spacebourne2 misplaced it's #HOTAS support once again.
Can't even for my life get a gamepad to work with it 😩
I have no idea what's going on. This part of the early access feels like it's getting worse over time. IMHO the whole input system really needs some love.
Mapped my sticks to KBM again but this is clunky at best.
Made this lame controls overview (ship only) so I wouldn't have to tab into the game and out of it all the time while setting everything up.

#spacebourne2 controller support needs some love. Thanks to #steam at least I could remap everything and use my DS4 gyro for aiming.
