We never thought of gluten as a protein in detail until now. Very interesting!We are interested in how #soyFlour fits in with #gluten's story.
Also to what extend spraying the carcingenic #RoundUp on the #soy crop, before **and after** harvest (as farmers for #Nestle were caught doing, to speed up the #dehydration process of #coffeeBeans a couple years ago), might be responsible for the highly-prevalent #glutenAllergy, today.

Upon slaughter, pumped with #soyProtein (aka #hydrolisedVegetableProtein), crumbed with #bread made from #soyFlour, sprinkled with #naturalFlavours (soy), and doused in #soyLecithin oil so it doesn't sizzle too violently in the oven and you don't need to clean it too often.
Soy, grown and dried with tender-loving #herbicides that may be #carcinogenic according to the #WHO, and banned in countries the world over.
