@collective_truth Individually, at this point in time, I don't. I deleted all of my online life in December last year. I'm starting from scratch now, trying to apply what I've learned in the past 30 years to do better. All in all, as an effort to not repeat the same mistakes that brought me to late 2025 to delete everything and start again.
As a group, I'm part of a collective working on exactly this topic of #DigitalAutonomy & #SovereignByDesign right as we speak.

Through my good friend @DuanePz, who dug extensively through the commentary of the original post, I ended up reading this other piece 👉🏻 https://benngooch.substack.com/p/i-was-an-enthusiastic-early-adopter.
I cannot recommend it enough, frankly. It's an spectacular read from the other side of the coin, i.e. the healthcare worker, sharing why using "ambient AI scribing technology" may well not be in the best of interests for BOTH patient AND doctor 😳🤯
