    Russel Martin managed sides have won just three league games since he and his Southampton side got promoted via the Championship Playoffs in 23/24. 

    He's not the sole reason Leicester are where they are. They've essentially got an entire new squad; their best goalie is out for the season, their best defender is out for the season. They've got a squad full of highly talented, but very raw young players who are suddenly being told to hold it down against professionals, week in week out.

    That said. He's basically got one style of play and if that doesn't work he's either incapable, or disinterested in changing it up; he's incredibly inflexible. 

    I think Leicester are strong enough to survive this early season blip, but it'll be in spite of this guy rather than because of him.
