Pinot barrel solera saison. This is sour and vinegary AF. Thank you COVID for ruining the refill schedule for this barrel (tbh, our lazy asses are also to blame, but it's easier to blame a pandemic). The Red Poppy reminds me a lot of Duchesses de Bourgogne. 5/10

Ghost In The Forest is a Wild Ale and slightly better but very similar. 6/10

Aged for a bit over a year now. Pomegranate makes this so tasty even as the beer has begun to mellow a bit.
