Pinot barrel solera saison. This is sour and vinegary AF. Thank you COVID for ruining the refill schedule for this barrel (tbh, our lazy asses are also to blame, but it's easier to blame a pandemic). This beer has good and bad aspects, but the bad probably outweigh the good, however it's still hard to just dump it for something else.

Aged for a bit over a year now. Pomegranate makes this so tasty even as the beer has begun to mellow a bit.
