Today is actually drizzly for once (if not cold), so it's perfect for #homemade #chickensoup. I put three whole leeks in this soup, including several onions which had already sprouted, and a few thai chilis that I dried recently. I forgot the garlic, as always, but I did remember the parsley, and it's still delicious.
