  6. Update on the soup. Apparently carrots need much longer at 185 than butternut squash. Fortunately I can hold it at that temp until both are ideally done. Unfortunately I’m eepy 😂 #soup #soupmaking #soupposting

Making some chicken soup today and because I’m extra, I’m cooking the beans, vegetables and chicken separately at different temperatures with the beans on stove, the chicken in the sous vide at 155. Then I’ll do the vegetables with the beans at 185 and add the chicken back in. #soup #soupmaking #soupposting
