Walking with a Shakuhachi Priest ⛩️

Last summer, I travelled to Nara, Japan, to meet Jonen, a Jodo Shu priest. We walked, we talked, and we listened.

This episode is a field recording—a soundwalk exploring the haunting sound of the shakuhachi. 🔹 The Japanese concept of "reading the air" (kuuki wo yomu). 🔹 Humility and presence in daily life.
