Then I met a retired work friend for lunch in Coquitlam with her sister and another work friend.
After lunch, I went for a walk at Lafarge lake with my work friend. I’d never been there before. So many flowers and trees and dogs and ducks.

I’ve had a soul nourishing day. I really needed that.
I started my morning with art therapy. We were asked to draw our stress creature. Then we were told to draw our best self fighting stress.
My best self was a purple bee. 🐝
