Back from #Berlin with a sore throat. Either I spoke too much @berlinfediday or I brought back a "souvenir". I guess the latter, given the amount of coughing & sniffling in public transport. Even after a pandemic people don't mask up or stay home when not feeling well. 🙄
Hopefully this still helps:
Drinking lots of camomile tea with lemon juice & honey. Resting lots, speaking as little as possible & not using #PublicTransport while feeling less well 😉
