This is my Avengers; a teamup of THAO (San Francisco-based singer/songwriter Thao Nguyen), tUnE-yArDs (Oakland-based art pop project of Merrill Garbus and Nate Brenner), and The Linda Lindas (all-woman punk band from Los Angeles). The track will feature on THAO’s album Show Me, due out October 30.

Migrating from Spotify to Apple Music and found a song from my playlists that is not in either anymore. An absolute banger by Karl Blau. Pulsating walking bass, with chiptune synth lines AND metals? Yes please

A while ago was listening to a radio playlist for a Turkish song I like and discovered Şenay. Love this song in particular Kent Yaşami. Intense 70s energy and some great synth lines. The album title song Honki Ponki is super fun too. Wish I knew Turkish

It's time for another #song share #SongShare !!!
This song has wiggled its way into my heart recently. I just love the Avantasia lead singer's voice so much here, the highest notes give me chills! I'm not sure how I would classify the genre but I love it!

Trent Reznor and Nine Inch Nails have undeniably been the most important musical influence on me personally. Even more so recently, as he branches out to Movie soundtracks. Trent is such a pragmatic composer, and always full of surprises.
So today we're going with a classic: The Becoming by Nine Inch Nails. If you've never heard it, you're in for a treat. If you've never listened to the entire The Downward Spiral album, it is an amazing ride.
