Stilaan beginnen een aantal zaken bij het aftreden van #somers duidelijk te worden.
Hij heeft zijn rekensom gemaakt. Wss zal hij niet verkozen worden vanaf de laatste plaats. De kans is groot dat #vld niet genoeg zetels zal binnenhalen is A'pen.
Daarnaast begon hij problemen te krijgen met zijn stadslijst. Geen absolute meerderheid meer en er bestaat een kans dat #calvo meer voorkeurstemmen kan krijgen. Waardoor Somers dus zijn burgemeestersjerp kan verliezen.

Een ministerschap is niet zomaar een partijpolitiek schaakstukje, je doet die job in het algemeen belang van alle Vlamingen, niet enkel voor je eigen kiezers, je eigen partij, of je eigen ego. Enfin, dat is toch de theorie ;-) #politiek #somers

Dit komt vrij plotseling vind ik. Intern moet het serieus 'gekletterd' hebben als #somers zo plotseling #ontslag neemt.
Dit versterkt natuurlijk ook het gevoel van algemene malaise bij de #openvld.
