    Each beer has it's own distinct #hop and trub leavings at the bottom of our kettle. A 'fun' #FlashCard game might be to "Name the beer by it's leavings." An unflattering concept, but visually intriguing. I am so very happy that I have not needed to climb into the kettle for a long, long time while it is still hot (it's been 12 years or more).
