Sol Duc Falls

Olympic National Park seems to be a magical place where greens are brighter, greener, richer, fuller, and just plain beautiful.
Throw that in with a fabulous hiking trail with small streams and rapids along the way and it magical.

Creek at Sol Duc Falls
This turned out to be one of my favorite hikes in Olympic National Park.
The hike out to Sold Duc Falls is a fairly easy trail to the falls. The falls are truly beautiful and subject to a different photograph. I love when I'm surprised by these little side tracks on the way to the main event. I found this small waterfall over a decaying log in the middle of Sol Duc Creek.
