  1. I'm guessing this is going to be cancelled in January. Also, roads aren't the best place for solar panels, even if you put them as some kind of canopy. Combustion engines spit out all sorts of oily soot. You need to clean the panels more often, but you installed them in an inaccessible place. Plus wiring to the grid is a PITA compared to having lots of panels in one place.
