I wrote this back in 2022 as part of the 50 Songs in 90 Days Challenge. I only did half the lyrics then used some supposed AI site to generate placeholder lyrics (which were awful and nonsensical). Anyway, I decided to finish up the lyrics.
But, I can't find the original DAW files. I think I trashed them. Didn't want to re-track because guitar was tuned to FACGCE and I can't remember how to play it. So I used a site to split stems.

I'm using the Sound City Studio plugin again. I'm struggling to get it right. Default settings in Re-Mic mode sounds very tinny/boxy. I'm trying to get my EQ right.

#Dreamtonics has released four new #SynthesizerV voicebanks, one of them being a native #Cantonese singer. There's also a new male, native English voicebank. Listening to the demo, he's pretty good, but in my opinion, still doesn't approach the professional level singing of #Solaria.

#SynthesizerV 1.10.0b2 is out. I updated it and all the voices I have to the beta 2. My first impression is that the beta 1 voices sound better. Take a look at the pitch lines between beta 1 and beta 2.
The pitch lines in beta 1 look really extreme, but to my ears, it sounds better--more expressive and distinct. Beta 2 seems to revert back to the voicebanks before the beta. In comparison, it sounds more subdued.
