On #SolarcanDay , here is the first of my last batch of #Solargraph s . This was put up on the Summer Solstice (here in Perth), and brought in late yesterday (today is the Winter Solstice).
In between, though, we had a huge storm come through, and you can see this in the second suntrail that does not fit the others.
Recycled #Solarcan with #IlfordMultigrade paper. Scanned and then post processed in #Snapseed

My first #SolarCan Puck for a while.
This was down on the south coast of England, Budleigh Salterton, for the photography competition at NOVA #demoparty
I set it up on the seafront last night and collected it just before noon.
The burnt streak heading upwards is the pinhole's view of the sun over those hours. -

A few weeks ago, the team at #Solarcan contacted me to let me know that I had been selected as their second ever SuperUser!

Kolejne spostrzeżenie solarigraficzne.
Jednodniowe solarigrafie krajobrazu z zachodzącym słońcem z bardziej otwartą przysłoną wychodzą gorzej niż wielodniowe naświetlanie z maksymalnie domkniętą przysłoną.
Zrobię jeszcze eksperyment jednodniowy z maksymalnie domkniętą na f/16+

Jednodniowe solarigrafie krajobrazu z zachodzącym słońcem z bardziej otwartą przysłoną wychodzą gorzej niż wielodniowe naświetlanie z maksymalnie domkniętą przysłoną.
Zrobię jeszcze eksperyment jednodniowy z maksymalnie domkniętą na f/16+

Jest to źdźbło lawendy w papierze śniadaniowym.Fotografia wykonana Zenitem 12XP + Cosina Cosinon Auto 35 mm f/2.8 + pierścienie makro M42. Czas naświetlania 24 godziny, f/2.8.
Załączam negatyw wprost ze skanera, pozytyw, pozytyw po korekcjach krzywych oraz czarno-biały pozytyw. Wychodzi, że makrosolarigrafia sprawdza się przy 35 mm.

Jest to źdźbło lawendy w papierze śniadaniowym.Fotografia wykonana Zenitem 12XP + Cosina Cosinon Auto 35 mm f/2.8 + pierścienie makro M42. Czas naświetlania 24 godziny, f/2.8.
Załączam negatyw wprost ze skanera, pozytyw, pozytyw po korekcjach krzywych oraz czarno-biały pozytyw. Wychodzi, że makrosolarigrafia sprawdza się przy 35 mm.

My first Solargraph - Test over 7 days of exposure.

A bit of an odd #Solargraph , in that this goes (more or less) from equinox to equinox, rather than Solstice to Solstice. Taken with a 3d printed camera, which, despite being up for the entirety of winter, was completely dry inside.
Post processing in #Snapseed .

Ran a couple tests of a soda can solargraph setup, and the results are encouraging. These were 2 day exposures on Illford multigrade paper.
I'm thinking I'll follow up with at least a week long exposure, and maybe take more care in positioning for a good frame.
