#Kobylash & #Sokolov are alleged to have directed attacks at civilian objects & caused excessive incidental harm to #civilians or damage to civilian objects. The #ICC also accused both of #CrimesAgainstHumanity & #inhumane acts. Tuesday’s announcement marks just the 2nd time the court has issued #ArrestWarrants in its investigation into alleged #WarCrimes in #Ukraine.

At the time of the alleged crimes, #Kobylash was the commander of Long-Range Aviation of the Aerospace Force in the #Russian Armed Forces, while #Sokolov was commander of the Russian Navy’s #BlackSea Fleet.
The #ICC’s pretrial chamber found that the “two suspects bear responsibility for missile strikes carried out by the forces under their command against the Ukrainian electric #infrastructure from at least 10 Oct 2022 until at least 9 March 2023.” -
The #ICC issued #arrest warrants on Tues for 2 Russian #military leaders in connection to alleged #WarCrimes in #Ukraine. The court said in a stmnt that it had issued warrants for Lt Gen Sergei Ivanovich #Kobylash & Adm Viktor Kinolayevich #Sokolov.

#Navalny's Anti-Corruption Foundation has stated that the German and US governments had been negotiating with #russia for two years over a possible exchange of Navalny for Vadim #Sokolov, the assassin of Chechen dictator #Kadyrov's Tiergarten murder, sentenced to life imprisonment by the Higher Regional Court of Berlin. The exchange was planned to happen shortly prior to Navalny's sudden execution. Yet further reasons to end putin.

Je to jen pocit, nebo je vždycky devět z deseti odpůrců prostě jen nevychovanej řvoucí dobytek? Nepřišlo mi, že by třeba odpůrci Babiše byli takový nedovychovaný peklo (byť i tam se samozřejmě občas někdo blejsknul).
Za mě teda #Karviná měla větší šťávu (respektive #Rakušan nepůsobil tak unaveně), nicméně #Sokolov mile překvapil i několika slušně debatujícími odpůrci, takže to víc připomínalo debatu, než dobytčák.
Nikdo mi ale nevymluví, že chudák mladej klučina "Press" nebyl komparz 😀
