#SocietiesAreNotHomogenousSocieties are not static. Times change. People change. Countries change. Their attitudes & policies change. Holding a grudge against perceived wrong done to one decades ago will not get one anywhere, especially if the world has changed so much as to be unrecognizable.

There was a time when #Puritan #America (#English #Protestant, with a disdain toward #monarchy) and #Catholic #France (with an absolute monarchy) were #mortalEnemies.
That changed in Feb 1778 when #US and France agreed to a #perpetualAlliance.

Societies are not homogenous. Not all of #USA thinks the same way. Not all of #Israel either. And not all of #Palestine same way.
