  3. 47/n #ClimateDiary A new report on #TippingPoints is a timely reminder - not that anyone here needs it - why #COP28 really does matter. Even while there are many uncertainties surely the #CautionaryPrinciple should be applied more than ever.

    Also useful warning about being overly optimistic about #SocialTippingPoints. We can’t rely on those alone; policy, regulation, incentives matter.
