I've attempted to explain that having a #HamRadio license is more like a #sociallubricant or being in a #fraternity or #sorority. And that #employers cannot require a ham license because of the "non-pecuniary" clauses in CFR Title 47: part 97. But they look favorably on licensees because they have practical experience with #electronics, #rf and the #electromagnetic #spectrum. What do you think?
