I have now taken #election compasses in 5 different countries and, surprise, surprise, the results rarely differ a lot.
I'm always too left and/or green for the local #SocialDemocrat.s, but only having a 74% overlap for the #Socialdemokratiet in #Denmark is even a new low for me.
Although if you look at the politics the PM #MetteFredriksen is promoting, I'm actually proud to only have such a small overlap with their values. -

At the end of the day the #NationState isn't going away and the #RuleOfLaw is absolute for a reason... though it's supposed to check the rich and powerful, provide rights - not empower the rich and powerful and attack rights. But it can always be gamed.
Fuck me. I'm more conflicted than a dependency mismatch.

👆 True, but it's easier to counter when you can point at successful examples of where what you're selling actually works...like the Nordic #SocialDemocrat countries.

#Union|s & #Cooperative|s have historically been intertwined, but those times are long over, at least in #FRG. Part of the reason is that the structure of unions in #FRG is very different from the rest of the globe. So when it comes to #BasicIncomeGrant and #CooperativeEconomy, I totally gave up on unions a long time ago. You won't see me as a member of a union.
Also, the political spectrum is different in #Europe & #US.
E.g. #Obama is a #rightwing #SocialDemocrat by our standards. 🌺
