As a person with very severe PTSD, I'm really happy that I think so idiosyncratically about things and don't just swallow whatever drivel passes for social justice on TikTok.

It was so easy for me to fall prey to monstrous, inhuman people. For nearly two decades, I was stuck and unable to escape the folks that unmade me.

Fortunately, I've since realized these people also tend to be deeply regressive and opinionated in the same way evangelical Christians are. And no matter how much they claim to support your "kind," that support evaporates the second you try to say that what they're doing isn't helpful.

I'm safer for their rejection. I have wonderful people around me now, and I can tell because "advocates of disabled people" have stopped attacking disabled people, which means only the real advocates of disabled people remain.

As René Magritte once proved, a drawing or CGI animation of a pipe is not a pipe. So if there's a comics, a cartoon or video-game involving a pipe being lit, it DOESN'T imply a real pipe being lit.

- Hur, but the drawing of a pipe was based upon a real pipe, DUR!

While some physical pipe was indeed a likely source of inspiration for a hand-drawn/CGI pipe, it doesn't imply that that real pipe was lit: one doesn't need to see a pipe being lit in order to draw a pipe being lit. It's trivial physics to be imagined, not something that needs to be previously observed.

So, again, no pipe needs to be lit in order to draw a lit pipe. I guess it should be a common knowledge among humans, but it seems like it isn't... People let their senses deceive them, then everything remotely alluding to a lit pipe feels like it's a real lit pipe (the thing in itself, Ding-an-sich), and, no, it isn't, wake up, Neo!
