Katrin Milzow and Thomas Werder Schläpfer have been the new co-directors of the #SNSF since 1 April.
Their priority is to ensure effective, innovative and agile Administrative Offices that work in partnership with the #Research Council to promote research excellence based on proven funding principles, such as competition, quality and independence.

#Ambizione: the SNSF has awarded CHF 77.5 million to 97 early-career researchers. They will receive an average of CHF 800,000 to run their first independent research project at a higher education institution in Switzerland.
